Labour councillors have drawn-up plans to direct lorries down quite residential roads. This includes Abbey Lane and Bocking Lane in Beauchief. Local Liberal Democrats are campaiging for lorry bans on these roads – join the campaign by signing the petition today.
Save Bole Hill View care centre
Labour councillors are proposing to close three local dementia care centres, including Bole Hill View in Crookes. Lib Dem councillors put forward a plan to save the centres but this was rejected by Labour’s Town Hall leaders.
